Shipping in the EU, outside of the Netherlands for jewellery is free.

Shipping to the US for jewellery is free.

We currently ship to EU countries and the US only. Do you live outside of the EU/US? Please contact us.

The shipping costs can be selected when the customer finalises their order. The costs may vary depending on the location of the delivery. These costs may not be disputed by the buyer, because they are informed by the price at the moment of the order payment.


All orders are processed within at most two days of ordering. The following goes for orders:

Jewellery: items are delivered within 3-5 business days (packages fit in mailbox) after processing. Possible delays do not open rights to compensation.

When a delay in shipping unexpectedly occurs, the buyer will receive notice of the delay.

Items that are to be delivered outside of the Netherlands will possibly have a longer delivery period. If this occurs, we (An Intimate Story/Studio Levien) will inform the customer about this. For international deliveries, additional taxes and/or costs may have to be paid by the buyer. If this occurs, the customer will be informed.

All items are delivered to the address specified by the customer when placing his or her order.


The customer has 9 days after receiving their order to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received in. The item must be in the original packaging and the items needs to have proof or purchase or a receipt.

Shipping costs for returns are to be paid by the customer, they are non-refundable.

Once the returned item is received it will be inspected by us. We will notify you that we have received the returned item and notify you on the status of your refund.

If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on the policies of your method of payment, you will receive the refund within a certain amount of days.

If your item did not return or was not approved, we will not refund it.


The customer places their order on using the specified procedure. Automatic registration through your account are evidencing the order product(s) and date.

Online order confirmation constitutes an electronic signature which has the same legal value as a handwritten signature between An Intimate Story (Studio Levien) and the customer.

The sale will only go through once we have confirmed the order. We reserve the right to not confirm an order for any reason we deem reasonable (this includes problems with supplies, a problem with the order or a foreseeable delivery problem). If a problem unexpectedly occurs and we cannot confirm the order, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.


Prices are in Euros and are only valid on the date of the order. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

The displayed prices do not include possible shipping cost.

Payment methods

To pay for an order, the buyer can use the payment methods that are specified when placing an order.

A customer's order will be considered definitive once the transaction has been validated by the bank payment centre.

Ophelia lingerie reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order and/or delivery in the event of  payment authorization refusal by the buyer's bank or if a commercial dispute exists with the buyer.

Intellectual property

Everything on are owned by Studio Levien or otherwise have been authorised to use by Studio Levien an therefore protected by intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction or transfer, save for exceptions exhaustively acknowledged by law and Ophelia lingerie express and written agreement, is banned and may be submitted to civil and criminal sanctions on the grounds of infringement.

Personal data

We care about your privacy. We only ask for the information we truly need to make sure the customer receives their order in a good manner. We collect and temporarily store this information, and do not use it for anything other then delivering your order.


By ordering the customer declares having read and agreed to all the conditions, and having read the information on an item prior to ordering. By ordering the customer also agrees that the said item complies with their request.

If a photograph differs a bit (within acceptable limits) from the delivered product, An Intimate Story / Studio Levien will not be held responsible. Photographs are made as close to the true color as we deemed possible.

Article's availability

If an item that was order is not available, the customer will be notified within 2 days after placing the order. The customer is then entitled to cancel their order and receive reimbursement of the paid amount within one month from informing at the latest.


Any claims about an online order have to be filed within 48 hours after delivery under penalty of being inadmissible.

All claims shall be sent by email to or through our contact form. They have to include the relevant item reference and reason for the claim.


The customer is hereby informed of the term and conditions, and that An Intimate Story / Studio Levien's liability is limited.

In the event of non-performance, An Intimate Story's / Studio Levien's liability may not be committed if such lack of or incorrect performance of the sale agreement is attributable either to the buyer or to an unpredictable and insurmountable action by a third party who is not party to the sale, or a force majeure event.


In the event of any dispute relating to the application hereof, An Intimate Story / Studio Levien and the buyer agree to have Dutch law applied.
